We recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Swingle at All In Construction — his no-nonsense attention to detail was refreshing and his work is absolutely immaculate! When we had questions along the way he always had honest and clear answers so we could make informed decisions about our upgrades; and we felt like we learned something along the way too! He also had a few fun ideas to make our bathroom feel more luxurious & functional (like adding an outlet behind the toilet for heated bidet and installing blue tooth speakers into the bathroom ceilings). The tile and trim work was precise; the paint job perfectly even; and overall he got the job done fairly quickly as we were on a strict time budget. We would absolutely recommend Dan and his team and hope to work with him again!

I recently bought my first house back in January. great little house but needed a roof and the master shower was to small. I reached out to All-in construction about the renovation portion of my home style renovation loan; I spoke with Nate and he set me up with Brad, who came out and gave me a lesson in renovations and really went above and beyond to help me understand the process. He was able to help me feel more comfortable with what was needing to be done. Through the whole process Nate and Brad really helped me with everything from selecting the right tile for the shower to working with my schedule for having the dumpster for the roof work. I would highly recommend this company. Nate was extremely professional and Brads attention to detail really helped calm my nerves through the house buying and renovating process. It’s been over 5 months now and I absolutely love my shower and the roof looks great too.

I’m not even sure where to start with this review. First off, I’ll start with the project manager, Brad Prince. I wish Google had reviews for people as well as companies, if they did Brad would be getting a 10 star review. He was amazing, from his communication, to professionalism but mostly his genuine passion to make sure this project exceeded my expectations. I have OCD and expect perfection, well not only did Brad and ALL-IN deliver what I consider perfection, they did it with ease. Their communication exceeded the industry standard, I would receive constant updates from Brad and was never left in the dark. We bought a house built in the 70's that needed a lot of updating. New floors, new kitchen, walls that were knocked down for an open floor plan, new bathrooms, etc. Trying to tackle such a feat can be quite daunting. We hired All-In Construction for a remodel and bathroom addition for my grandfather's home. We met with Brad to do an initial walk through. Brad was responsive, straight forward and no frills, exactly what one expects from a home renovation company. After obtaining permits and plans, we were passed along to Dan, our project manager. It is impossible to go through any large scale construction/remodel and not have problems, but our Project Manager Mike always had things handled for us and made sure we were taken care of. After having a few different people recommend us we would like to share that we have had a great experience with All-In Construction Services for our kitchen remodel. From the first point of contact they quickly responded to our inquiry and set up a time to come out and discuss our project and get us a quote. From there Nate was very helpful in assisting us with our design and answered any questions we had about our space and we quickly received quote and draft drawing of our vision.We had the pleasure of having Gus as our project manager and he has been exceptionally accommodating to our needs and wishes for the kitchen remodel. He has been very responsive to us and anytime I had a question or concern, he responded quickly and efficiently. As with any remodel there will be hiccups. However, Gus did a great job at assuring us that everything would be taken care of and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed the app that is used for scheduling, daily logs, and payment. It made all of those tasks easy to keep track of. The app is user friendly and helpful to stay organized. Even though the app was used for scheduling, Gus always made sure that he called or text us to let us know if someone would be stopping by and working in the house and he would then stop by during and after work was done to follow up. Which is appreciated when you have children and dogs in the house and have to accommodate for them. He essentially became a part of the family seems how our big dogs are used to him being around now and don’t jump at him. Which says a lot.We also want to mention Isha who was very helpful in assisting us with our selections for the project. Even though appliances weren’t part of our project, she helped us with finding exactly what we were looking for and was very responsive to our needs.We highly recommend All-In Construction Services. I’ve had concrete and carpenter’s work done in and outside of my home. And all of my work was completed to my satisfaction. We chose All-In for a very substantial home renovation. Replaced all floors, kitchen demolition and remodel, 3 bathrooms demolished and renovated, replaced all electrical fixtures and installed additional ones, painted entire interior including ceilings and doors, painted exterior too. WE LOVE IT! I whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend All-In. They are a qualified and quality general contractor with strong connections in the construction industry in central Florida. All in Construction did an amazing job on my house!! The quality of the work was beyond my expectations and they were great to work with throughout the process! I had the kitchen, both bathrooms and the laundry room remodeled. Additionally that involved replacing the roof, moving and replacing the HVAC system as well as replacing and upgrading the electrical service.The main reason I chose All in construction was because of my early interactions with Kenny Padgett. I met with him well before I was ready to start and he took the time to make sure I understood the tradeoffs in specific decisions and worked for creative solutions to get what I wanted without going over the top. He helped level set me as I planned what I wanted. When I later came back for full estimation he walked me through all the details and worked to ensure all the planning was clear and fair. Other GC's I talked to seemed to try to push me around or were vague and unresponsive about price and approach. Kenny placed trust, responsiveness and fairness first.At the start of the work my project was handed over to Mike Van Der Werken for day to day execution. Throughout the project he continued to live up to the companies approach of being fair and creative. Any project of this scale, on a house of this age will run into unexpected issues, such as rotted beams from a very old leak. Mike was always clear and worked with me to ensure costs were understood, fair and managed. He worked with me to find solutions that worked for me and never skimped on quality. I was not flipping the house, I wanted it done right and to last.The fact is I did not have the patience, time, knowledge or connections to run this project myself. I regularly was surprised by some detail which All In took just took care of or pre coordinated, that I would not have thought about or would have had be an unplanned expense. All in Construction gave me the expertise and oversight I needed for such an interwoven project, they were always responsive, always fair and always clear.

Words cannot describe how wonderful All In Construction is. They turned a house that my grandpa built back in the 1950s that had sat empty and falling apart for a decade into an absolutely stunning home. My husband and I were victims of Hurricane Irma. Our home was nearly 100% destroyed by several huge Trees blown over in the storm that went through the house! All-in construction has done 2 different remodels for me, the latest being a complete kitchen renovation, including removal of an existing concrete wall and raising the floor to level. Everything was done in a professional manner, and the kitchen looks exactly how I dreamed it would. Ben was an excellent project manager... very responsive. Even when I questioned the details, changed my mind (again), or had yet another silly question, he was always consistent and kind. Hiring a company who knows how to do everything from start to finish really takes the pressure off when looking to complete a project. Thank you, All-in, for another job well done!

We bought a house that needed A LOT of updates - new floors, new kitchen, knock down walls, all new plumbing. We had never done a renovation so all was new to us. All-In was consistently prompt, fairly priced, and did a beautiful job. Brad was our PM - he was always there to answer our many questions & communicated with us regularly. They will now be who we call for all future projects.

I would highly recommend All-In construction. They were very thorough and detailed in all aspects from beginning to end. Nate was very personable and helped me understand exactly what would take place once the renovation began. Brad was so patient with me and did an excellent job keeping track of what was happening at all times. He was always there for me to answer any questions I had or to help me with any changes I wanted to make. I would definitely use them again!

Nate and his team did an excellent job in working with me on my fha renovation and renovation loan and many times we had to make adjustments to bring my renovation loan within limits for the approval. From beginning to end they did an excellent job with my remodel. I would recommend them for any renovation and since they specialize in fha renovation, it was a breeze dealing with them especially since had the paperwork under control.

We had such an excellent experience with All-In Construction Services. They came in and assisted with our renovation loan on a short-sale home we had purchased. They did great work, kept us updated consistently and were mainly just so nice and pleasant to work with. We had holidays approaching and they went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable before our guests arrived in town. Would highly recommend to anyone needing similar work!

This company is GREAT! They performed many projects for me in two of my houses in the greater Orlando area, and I would recommend them to everyone! Their pricing was very reasonable on the projects, they were timely, and their skills were great! One rather large project included repairing water damage from an upstairs shower leak, and not only did they do a great job rebuilding the bathroom and repairing the damage, they helped simplify what I needed to file for the insurance as well. After my first successful project with this company, I kept them on speed-dial for several years to handle all of my house projects and repair needs!

I was in the need to build an in-law suite for my 86 year old widowed Father as taking care of his own residence was just to much for him. I interviewed many contractors to try and ensure I was getting one I could trust ( we have all heard the horror stories of dealing with some contractors). When Kenny from All-in construction met with me and showed me his previous work and shared many references I felt very comfortable with him and decided to contract (trust) him to build my needed addition. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Everything was performed in a very professional manner and I did not have any issues. When they said they would do something it got done! I also had a large number of change requests that I made during the process and was concerned that the changes I wanted would be priced sky high as they already had the business, but everything was very reasonable priced. They also performed the changed in a very timely manner even though some of them changed their schedule. I couldn't be happier with my choice, you will not go wrong using All-In Construction!!

All-In Construction Services is a first-class company. From inception to completion, we have absolutely no complaints. Nate had a meeting with us at our home , and in attendance had the head of all the subcontractors; e.g. electric, plumbing, etc. before the job began to go over the project. We had bought an older home which was a 3/1 and was rehabbing into a 2/2. All the workers were courteous, competent, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We monitored the project daily -- morning and evening -- and were never disappointed in the attention we received. They finished before the scheduled time which allowed us to move in before the holidays -- which was a big win!!! You will not be disappointed if you go with All-In Construction, especially if you have an older home and are doing rehab work -- they are truly expert in this field.

To say we are pleased with All-In Construction Services completion of our Master Bedroom and Bath renovation is putting it mildly. Indeed, we are excited and thrilled to have a finished product that displays some of the best design and craftsmanship available in this part of Florida. Your idea to build a “stacked stone” wall in our bath and assistance in selecting only the best granite, tiles and cabinetry for our home resulted in us truly having a “designer bath” to be appreciated and enjoyed for many years to come. Also, installation of pocket doors for our closets is a great improvement over the old “bi-fold” mirrored doors. Then, your craftsmen added the “final touch” by installing a wonderful chair rail / crown molding design in our master bedroom tray ceilings, topped off with masterful finish and painting.
