All-In Construction Services’, Brad Prince, is now a Certified Military Housing Specialists (CMHS). Prince serves as the Director of Construction at All-In Construction Services, and has always been a strong supporter of our active US Military and veterans.
There are so many reasons why more people are renovating to be barrier free. Clients of all lifestyles are looking at accessible options during their renovation. It could be because someone in the home is coping with chronic health conditions, or they simply want their homes to be safe for multi-generational guests. Some clients just know they want to plan for their accessible “aging-in-place” renovation due to the rise in cost of long-term care or senior housing communities.
Nate Lyon, of All-In Construction Services, LLC is now one of the select group of professionals nationwide to earn the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation.
As we begin this new year, we also reflect on our projects and experiences of 2019. These pictures highlight one our favorite and most recent memories. Right before Christmas the ‘All-In’ team got together to celebrate the ALL-IN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 2019 Customer of the Year! We hosted a celebration party for our customers, invited their friends, and enjoyed food, drinks, and quality time. We had some surprises up our sleeve too.
Home modification add comfort and independence. A VA Specially Adaptive Housing (SAH) grant was used to fund the project.
Our lovely client Jessica purchased this 1950’s home from a family member using a FHA 203k Renovation Loan. The home had once belonged to her Grandfather and is located on a beautiful wooded property in Seminole County Florida.
