Our Process
Kitchen renovations are among our most popular projects. Many clients choose to include a new kitchen when updating their home, taking advantage of the latest technology and design options to create a modern, functional space—no matter the style.
Whether you’re planning a kitchen remodel, a full layout redesign, or rebuilding after home damage, All-In Construction guides you through every step of the process, from initial planning to final touches, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Design Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation to kickstart the process, during which we take the time to understand your needs, desires, and ideas. This phase is all about listening to you, getting to know your lifestyle, and understanding what you envision for your space. We’ll work closely with you to determine where to begin and how to prioritize your goals.
Design Review
During this crucial stage, we present you with updated floor plans and finishes based on our discussions from the initial consultation. We carefully review these plans together, ensuring that they align perfectly with your vision for your home. We address any questions or concerns you may have and to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
Construction Phase
In the construction phase of your home remodeling process, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager to oversee every aspect of your project, handle the delivery of materials, and ensure quality installation. Throughout the process, we prioritize protecting your home and minimizing disruption to your daily life. Plus, you’ll have convenient in-app access to updates on the progress of your project, providing peace of mind every step of the way.
Final Product
As we reach the culmination of your home remodeling journey, we apply the final touches to ensure every detail meets your standards. We’ll then embark on a final walk-through together, inspecting every aspect to ensure it aligns seamlessly with your vision. Finally, you’ll step into your newly remodeled home with a sense of excitement—a space perfectly tailored to bring you joy and comfort for years to come.
What Our Clients Say…
We are very happy with the renovation we just completed with All-In Construction. We had an extensive renovation of our kitchen and great room space that included taking down a wall, raising a ceiling, moving a bedroom door, removal of popcorn ceiling in entire house and new flooring for the majority of the house. Michael Van der Werken was a pleasure to work with. Despite minor setbacks in the timeline, he kept the project moving forward and was quick to respond to fixes and requests. The work of the sub-contractors was excellent, especially the tile installers. All of the companies that we worked with for product selections were excellent. Renovation is not easy to live through but we are very satisfied with our selection of All-In and extremely happy with the end result!

All-In Construction has been a wonderful company to work with. In planning to move into our house in Winter Park, FL, we decided to undertake major renovations. These included a total kitchen remodel, all new floors, new trim, ceiling updates, paint throughout the house, floor plan leveling, new doors, new lighting, and more. A huge project that seemed more daunting as we had to contract for the work from our home in Tallahassee. We researched several contractors and decided on All-In. We were not disappointed by a long shot and the experience has been amazingly smooth and painless. Kenny, the owner, and Mike, the project manager were accessible, honest, professional, and efficient. Most of all though, it was clear that they cared for us as customers and truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. This is further shown in their frequent photo updates of the work in progress so we could see exactly how things were going, even from 250 miles away. Also, their experts who came in to do the work were incredible. We met several and all to a person were knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled. True expert craftsmen! Finally, the administrative interface through the Builder Trend app made payments smooth and seamless. Special thanks to Penny in the front office for getting everything set up for us.Finally, if you want the job done right and you want peace of mind, hire All-In Construction for any of your renovation needs, no matter how complicated. All-In will take great care of you and you’ll enjoy the results of their work for a lifetime!

I had a great experience with All In Construction. From start to finish, they were honest, professional, and extremely responsible. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and within budget. This company deserves nothing less than ten stars. I converted an attached carport into a garage. From the start of the project with Nate to the construction of the garage and completion with Floyd was exemplary. Any questions or concerns were addressed within hours. The workers: demolition, masonry, electrical, garage door installer, and painters were all professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with how the garage turned out and the service I received from this company.I would highly recommend them!

We had ALL IN construction complete a large remodel to the back of our home. They were organized and timely in all aspects of the project. From the very beginning we knew the timelines of the project and were kept informed of who was coming to do what work. This was a huge for us as we work from home most of the time. The project lead Floyd was exceptional in his communication. He kept the project on time and when he noticed work wasn't up to his standards, he would bring them back to correct anything. I would recommend ALLIN to anyone who needs work done at their home.

500 stars! All-In came highly recommended by a top realtor in town and had great Google reviews. I never thought they'd call back so soon - within 24 hours, just a couple of weeks after Hurricane Ian in October 2022. The house was gutted at that point, walls cut to the studs. It took many months to see insurance money and Nate was so patient and knowledgeable, I felt instantly calmer when he came out to assess. My project manager was wonderfully responsive and had electricians, plumbers and carpenters at the house exactly when he said he would. Each one of them was polite, respectful of my property and went over and above - even offering help and advice on things I may have to contend with in the future. And, when I do decide to have more done, (because there is always more to do with a house!) they will be my only call. Thank you Nate, Rex, Tom, Frank, Alex and everyone at All-In Construction!

I’ve worked with Kinsey at All-In to help educate my clients on Renovation Loan Construction. She is knowledgeable in the financing options available for Renovations and she’s quick to respond with information I may need for my Real Estate transactions. All-In came highly recommended to us from our realtor, as she has used them for her own home for years and years. After meeting with a few different companies, we decided to go with them and we couldn’t be more happy with that decision. This is our first home and our first renovation project of any kind, so we had no idea what we were walking into. Our project manager, Logan, was amazing every step of the way. From the planning process and finding small things we could change to save some significant money, to noticing the small details in the end that needed to be revisited. I consider myself a pretty detail oriented/picky person, and often he would notice anything before I even had the chance to point it out to him.We had a great experience with All-In and will happily use them again for any projects in the future!

All-In Construction is hands down the best company to handle any level of a home remodel. They remodeled our entire home inside and spruced up the outside with fresh paint and wood siding repairs. John Vanderwerken was our project manager, and he was extremely responsive, professional, and passionate about ensuring we were pleased with the project from start to finish. I highly recommend All-In Construction. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, All-In Team!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Swingle at All In Construction — his no-nonsense attention to detail was refreshing and his work is absolutely immaculate! When we had questions along the way he always had honest and clear answers so we could make informed decisions about our upgrades; and we felt like we learned something along the way too! He also had a few fun ideas to make our bathroom feel more luxurious & functional (like adding an outlet behind the toilet for heated bidet and installing blue tooth speakers into the bathroom ceilings). The tile and trim work was precise; the paint job perfectly even; and overall he got the job done fairly quickly as we were on a strict time budget. We would absolutely recommend Dan and his team and hope to work with him again!

We bought a house built in the 70's that needed a lot of updating. New floors, new kitchen, walls that were knocked down for an open floor plan, new bathrooms, etc. Trying to tackle such a feat can be quite daunting. We opted for All-In Construction and we are sure glad we did. Dan, our project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire project. He was always there to answer our many questions and kept us up to date with what was going on.

We contracted with All-In to handle some major renovations on an older home we purchased. Our Project Manager, Mike, was very helpful throughout the design phase, helping our ideas come to life while staying on budget. Mike was also responsive to issues that arose with materials or other minor issues, always helping to get them fixed as soon as possible. The work performed was good quality and we were impressed with a majority of the subcontractors that were used throughout our project. Thanks for helping turn this old house into a new home for our family!

We hired All-In Construction for a remodel and bathroom addition for my grandfather's home. We met with Brad to do an initial walk through. Brad was responsive, straight forward and no frills, exactly what one expects from a home renovation company. After obtaining permits and plans, we were passed along to Dan, our project manager. I cannot emphasize enough how positive the experience has been thus far. We are just passed the rough-in phase of the renovation and through each step, Dan has been responsive and professional. He is organized and possesses a wealth of knowledge. We have also been extremely pleased with the quality of work of the various trades. Overall, the experience has been really great so far.

We had an amazing experience. we did a very large gut project and of course changes a long the way during rebuilding - the team was very open to my changes and executed them beautifully - we did have a few BIG hiccups during the process but the way they were handled and how everyone stepped up was nothing but professional. they made sure everything was perfect - we had a PM change towards the end of our construction and he did walk into a few of those hiccups - Logan did not waiver at all and made sure all was complete not only perfect but in a timely manner - i would recommend ALL-IN Construction to my family and friends for sure!!!!! thank you to the entire team for all your help to make our vision come to lifeKelly, Steven and Carol

I recommend the services of All In Construction Services 100%. The 1980's bathroom, in our recently purchased home, was renovated to a beautiful 2022 masterpiece. Our experience was thoroughly professional and management of the project was seamless and worry free. Isha was terrific, with her expertise and guidance in project selection, ordering, delivery, and communicating with each phase.Floyd, our project manager, was so thorough from beginning to end, with his day to day on site knowledge, organization, and supervision. He was constantly in communication with us, and sent videos, and faced-timed during each phase, when we were out of town.We are so happy with our new bathroom, and would recommend, without hesitation, All In Construction, Services. I required several jobs around the exterior of my house, including roof replacement and exterior painting, and I could not be more pleased to choose All In Construction Services to do the work. From the stellar Customer Service from Isha and John, the application system to facilitate the communication throughout the project lifecycle as well as the responsible and communicative contractors that did an amazing job. I really recommend this company for an any major work you need and looking forward my next project since I won’t need to look around any longer for best price and Quality. Both I already found with All In Construction. Thank you for an excellent job, I am super happy of how the house turned out.

All In Construction is all about peace of mind during remodeling. It is impossible to go through any large scale construction/remodel and not have problems, but our Project Manager Mike always had things handled for us and made sure we were taken care of. They have been extremely helpful in the late stages as well with the final to-dos of the project. Would highly recommend them for any level of work you need done to your home.

Nate Lyon came to our house to give us a quote on the project. From the very beginning of the quote process, Nate was ultra professional (business cards, brochures, and reviews of their company in hand). He is was sold us on the company for sure! Gus Burkholder is All-In Constriction most valuable employee. From beginning to end, the project was manage with clear and constant communication. They stick to their budget and are professional through and through. Gus is a great project manager, very patient and extremely professional. I have recommended this company to all my personal connection in need of home remodel projects.

All-In Construction has been incredible to work with!! They have been with us each step of the way as we are working through a major home renovation, including a total kitchen remodel, master and guest bathroom remodels, complete floor remodel, and painting of the entire interior house. Mike, our project manager, has been literally the best. He communicates constantly with us, shows up to check on the progress, and has been overall so helpful with everything. Isha in the office has been our saving grace with supplies and choices and making sure we have everything the crew needs to get the work done. Would 100% recommend All-In Construction for any project.

After having a few different people recommend us we would like to share that we have had a great experience with All-In Construction Services for our kitchen remodel. From the first point of contact they quickly responded to our inquiry and set up a time to come out and discuss our project and get us a quote. From there Nate was very helpful in assisting us with our design and answered any questions we had about our space and we quickly received quote and draft drawing of our vision. We had the pleasure of having Gus as our project manager and he has been exceptionally accommodating to our needs and wishes for the kitchen remodel. He has been very responsive to us and anytime I had a question or concern, he responded quickly and efficiently. As with any remodel there will be hiccups. However, Gus did a great job at assuring us that everything would be taken care of and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed the app that is used for scheduling, daily logs, and payment. It made all of those tasks easy to keep track of. The app is user friendly and helpful to stay organized. Even though the app was used for scheduling, Gus always made sure that he called or text us to let us know if someone would be stopping by and working in the house and he would then stop by during and after work was done to follow up. Which is appreciated when you have children and dogs in the house and have to accommodate for them. He essentially became a part of the family seems how our big dogs are used to him being around now and don’t jump at him. Which says a lot.We also want to mention Isha who was very helpful in assisting us with our selections for the project. Even though appliances weren’t part of our project, she helped us with finding exactly what we were looking for and was very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend All-In Construction Services. Their reputation proceeds them and it’s for good reasonWe want to thank the entire All-In Construction team for helping make our vision come to life. We are very pleased with the outcome and look forward to many more memories made in our new space.

I’m a 100% Disabled USN Veteran and I needed some medical updates for my home using my HISA grant issued by the VA. They did a wonderful job. I’ve had concrete and carpenter’s work done in and outside of my home. And all of my work was completed to my satisfaction. They were very professional, helpful with the process, and updated me with every detail along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better project manager in Mike and I appreciate Nate for putting me in good hands at the beginning of the process. Both were very personable as were the ladies in the office, especially Penny. Good people to get to know and keep. I’ve met good professional connections through them and I’m better of for this.

We chose All-In for a very substantial home renovation. Replaced all floors, kitchen demolition and remodel, 3 bathrooms demolished and renovated, replaced all electrical fixtures and installed additional ones, painted entire interior including ceilings and doors, painted exterior too. WE LOVE IT! I whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend All-In. They are a qualified and quality general contractor with strong connections in the construction industry in central Florida. They are not the cheapest, so if you are looking for a Cadillac but are only willing to pay for a beat-up-bangermobile then they aren’t the company for you. What you will get with this company: comprehensive quote with no hidden costs; guidance to stay on budget; professional project management service; excellent communications and administrative support; access to a cool project management website and app; a one year post-project warranty; an on-schedule project; and quality technicians. Save yourself the headache of trying to act as your own contractor and hire All-In for your next home project.

The entire team at All-In Construction was professional, courteous and considerate. We were well guided and informed throughout the entire process, from the initial quoting until the final walkthrough. We had several quotes for this project and after multiple visits in our home with Ben from All-In Construction, we decided this was the company to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom. The rooms came out beautiful and we are enjoying them each and every day. Mike, the project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He came by regularly and always answered our calls or texts if we had any questions. All-In Construction will be our choice for any future projects.

All-In Construction recently completed a remodel of our two bathrooms. The entire process from the initial visit to discuss our wants to the final walk through at project completion was excellent. Mike was our project manager. He was always available to us via phone calls and texts. We tore out a wall in the MBR shower and found a drain vent pipe unexpectedly. Mike was immediately on it with the plumber. The issue was resolved the next day. I would not hesitate to use or recommend All-In Construction to anyone. Thank you Mike!

From start to finish, the process was well-documented, and the communication was the best we've had amongst construction contractors. All-in Construction Services has completed two separate projects for me now. One being a kitchen renovation and the other was an outdoor cinder block shed. I can’t say enough good things about my experience from start to finish. Nate Lyon was professional and easy to work with during the proposal process and everything was very straightforward. I haven’t had much luck with contractors until I was recommended to this company and it was refreshing having a contractor that does what they say they are going to do when they said they were going to do it. Brad Prince and crew were always in communication throughout every step of the construction phase and were very considerate of my family’s daily life and making sure the work site was left in orderly fashion. Highly recommend this company and I’m already planning my next project!

All in Construction did an amazing job on my house!! The quality of the work was beyond my expectations and they were great to work with throughout the process! I had the kitchen, both bathrooms and the laundry room remodeled. Additionally that involved replacing the roof, moving and replacing the HVAC system as well as replacing and upgrading the electrical service. The main reason I chose All in construction was because of my early interactions with Kenny Padgett. I met with him well before I was ready to start and he took the time to make sure I understood the tradeoffs in specific decisions and worked for creative solutions to get what I wanted without going over the top. He helped level set me as I planned what I wanted. When I later came back for full estimation he walked me through all the details and worked to ensure all the planning was clear and fair. Other GC's I talked to seemed to try to push me around or were vague and unresponsive about price and approach. Kenny placed trust, responsiveness and fairness first. At the start of the work my project was handed over to Mike Van Der Werken for day to day execution. Throughout the project he continued to live up to the companies approach of being fair and creative. Any project of this scale, on a house of this age will run into unexpected issues, such as rotted beams from a very old leak. Mike was always clear and worked with me to ensure costs were understood, fair and managed. He worked with me to find solutions that worked for me and never skimped on quality. I was not flipping the house, I wanted it done right and to last. The fact is I did not have the patience, time, knowledge or connections to run this project myself. I regularly was surprised by some detail which All In took just took care of or pre coordinated, that I would not have thought about or would have had be an unplanned expense. All in Construction gave me the expertise and oversight I needed for such an interwoven project, they were always responsive, always fair and always clear.

Words cannot describe how wonderful All In Construction is. They turned a house that my grandpa built back in the 1950s that had sat empty and falling apart for a decade into an absolutely stunning home. Every member of their team is heaven sent, from Nate who I first spoke with, Brad who managed everything with my renovation, all the construction workers, and Penny in the office were absolute life savers!Taking on a complete gut job house as my first home was the most terrifying thing I have done, but Brad was able to make what seemed completely overwhelming an absolute breeze. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. I will forever be grateful for him and everyone at All In.This company is dependable, honest, and trustworthy. I wish I would have found them sooner! I would recommend All In Construction to anyone for any project no matter how big or small! They are beyond AMAZING! You won’t regret your decision.

My husband and I were victims of Hurricane Irma. Our home was nearly 100% destroyed by several huge Trees blown over in the storm that went through the house! Thank God no one was hurt!!Our hearts were heavy, and we had no idea what to do, I mean, literally, our home had no roof, no trusses, no electric. Major destruction!Contractors would come and look at the house, and run!We were feeling hopeless, when I spoke with Penny, my first contact with All In Construction. She was so assuring and kind, I immediately felt that we were in good hands. Penny directed me to Nate Lyons, Vice President of All In Construction, another wonderful soul who assured me that everything would be alright and they could and would help us. A man of his word.Once the project began, our Site Manager, Brad Prince, was ever present to us. Always greeting us with a warm smile and a determined heart. I cannot say enough about his trusting character. The quality of his work was excellent, along with the construction workers, electricians, plumbers, etc. all very professional, respectful, courteous and capable. At a time in our lives when our world had collapsed, All In Construction was there for us from the very first phone call ~ to help us rebuild our world.Thank you and God Bless everyone at All In Construction ~*A special note to those of you who are trying to rebuild your homes ~ lives ~ Choose a contractor like All In Construction, who are there to help you rebuild. Be realistic with your goals and objectives, and realize that Rome was not built in a day. Occasionally, you will be required to be patient, and understanding as well as "think out of the box". You and your contractor will face many challenges, my advise to you; openly communicate with them, and try your best to let these professionals do their job! Step back and let them work for you, they know the right way to do this!Trust the people at All In Construction, you will not be disappointed, we weren't!!!

I've been working with All-In for a few years ago on a full remodel and addition for my house in Winter Park.Nate has been very helpful every step of the way and has been involved with my project from the beginning. Brad came on as the project manager and has done an excellent job (even in the face of incomplete drawings and many scope changes)!I would not hesitate to recommend All-In to anyone looking for an extensive re-model and I will more than likely use their services in the future. I will post some before and after pictures at a later date.

All-In Construction did a marvelous job on our kitchen remodel. How would I describe their service; on time, on budget, communicated the entire project, access to resources for every aspect of our renovation, exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a contractor; All-In is the way to go. Brad and Nate are outstanding.

All-in construction has done 2 different remodels for me, the latest being a complete kitchen renovation, including removal of an existing concrete wall and raising the floor to level. Everything was done in a professional manner, and the kitchen looks exactly how I dreamed it would. Ben was an excellent project manager... very responsive. Even when I questioned the details, changed my mind (again), or had yet another silly question, he was always consistent and kind. Hiring a company who knows how to do everything from start to finish really takes the pressure off when looking to complete a project. Thank you, All-in, for another job well done!

We bought a house that needed A LOT of updates - new floors, new kitchen, knock down walls, all new plumbing. We had never done a renovation so all was new to us. All-In was consistently prompt, fairly priced, and did a beautiful job. Brad was our PM - he was always there to answer our many questions & communicated with us regularly. They will now be who we call for all future projects.

I would highly recommend All-In construction. They were very thorough and detailed in all aspects from beginning to end. Nate was very personable and helped me understand exactly what would take place once the renovation began. Brad was so patient with me and did an excellent job keeping track of what was happening at all times. He was always there for me to answer any questions I had or to help me with any changes I wanted to make. I would definitely use them again!

Nate and his team did an excellent job in working with me on my fha renovation and renovation loan and many times we had to make adjustments to bring my renovation loan within limits for the approval. From beginning to end they did an excellent job with my remodel. I would recommend them for any renovation and since they specialize in fha renovation, it was a breeze dealing with them especially since had the paperwork under control.

We had such an excellent experience with All-In Construction Services. They came in and assisted with our renovation loan on a short-sale home we had purchased. They did great work, kept us updated consistently and were mainly just so nice and pleasant to work with. We had holidays approaching and they went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable before our guests arrived in town. Would highly recommend to anyone needing similar work!

This company is GREAT! They performed many projects for me in two of my houses in the greater Orlando area, and I would recommend them to everyone! Their pricing was very reasonable on the projects, they were timely, and their skills were great! One rather large project included repairing water damage from an upstairs shower leak, and not only did they do a great job rebuilding the bathroom and repairing the damage, they helped simplify what I needed to file for the insurance as well. After my first successful project with this company, I kept them on speed-dial for several years to handle all of my house projects and repair needs!

I was in the need to build an in-law suite for my 86 year old widowed Father as taking care of his own residence was just to much for him. I interviewed many contractors to try and ensure I was getting one I could trust ( we have all heard the horror stories of dealing with some contractors). When Kenny from All-in construction met with me and showed me his previous work and shared many references I felt very comfortable with him and decided to contract (trust) him to build my needed addition. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Everything was performed in a very professional manner and I did not have any issues. When they said they would do something it got done! I also had a large number of change requests that I made during the process and was concerned that the changes I wanted would be priced sky high as they already had the business, but everything was very reasonable priced. They also performed the changed in a very timely manner even though some of them changed their schedule. I couldn't be happier with my choice, you will not go wrong using All-In Construction!!

All-In Construction Services is a first-class company. From inception to completion, we have absolutely no complaints. Nate had a meeting with us at our home , and in attendance had the head of all the subcontractors; e.g. electric, plumbing, etc. before the job began to go over the project. We had bought an older home which was a 3/1 and was rehabbing into a 2/2. All the workers were courteous, competent, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We monitored the project daily -- morning and evening -- and were never disappointed in the attention we received. They finished before the scheduled time which allowed us to move in before the holidays -- which was a big win!!! You will not be disappointed if you go with All-In Construction, especially if you have an older home and are doing rehab work -- they are truly expert in this field.

To say we are pleased with All-In Construction Services completion of our Master Bedroom and Bath renovation is putting it mildly. Indeed, we are excited and thrilled to have a finished product that displays some of the best design and craftsmanship available in this part of Florida. Your idea to build a “stacked stone” wall in our bath and assistance in selecting only the best granite, tiles and cabinetry for our home resulted in us truly having a “designer bath” to be appreciated and enjoyed for many years to come. Also, installation of pocket doors for our closets is a great improvement over the old “bi-fold” mirrored doors. Then, your craftsmen added the “final touch” by installing a wonderful chair rail / crown molding design in our master bedroom tray ceilings, topped off with masterful finish and painting.
