Kenny Padgett

All-In’s president has more than two decades in the construction industry under his belt, of which 16 years were spent in a high level role for a Fortune 500 construction company. He has worked since 2008 as an entrepreneur, growing All-In Construction’s name and presence in the Central Florida community.
Kenny consistently demonstrates excellent operational and strategic business management skills and strives to lead his team and grow his company with a strong sense of moral integrity and commitment to quality work and true customer service. He is highly competitive, dedicated, and goal-oriented and will work tirelessly to make sure the work associated with his name is nothing short of superior.

Nate Lyon
Vice president
Nate joined the All-In team in 2009 and was very instrumental in building the company to where it is today. With over a dozen years’ experience in the construction industry, including time spent with a Fortune 500 national builder, he has handled nearly every aspect of the construction process.
Nate maintains a great deal of focus on customer satisfaction as he manages the day-to-day operations. He ensures that All-In maintains a high level of integrity & honesty in all situations. Nate also holds a Certified Aging-in-place Specialist (CAPS) designation, certified by the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Nate spends his time off with his wife and two children. He also enjoys hunting and attending the Orlando City Lions games.

Brad Prince
Director of Construction
Brad joined the All-In team in 2016 with well over a decade’s experience in both residential and commercial construction. He is committed to making sure his customers have the best experience and ensures that all work with his name on it is of top-notch quality.
In his off time, Brad spends time with his wife and two daughters and is an active outdoors man.
Brad holds a Certified Military Housing Specialist (CMHS) designation, certified by Boots Across America.

Mike Van Der Werken
Senior Project Manager
Mike joined the All-In team in 2018, bringing 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He takes pride in providing excellent customer service and high quality results.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Floyd Amador
Project Manager
Floyd joined the team in early 2021, bringing with him 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He enjoys the customized aspect of renovations and working as an instrument in assisting the trades to deliver the final product to a happy customer. Floyd has been married to the love of his life for over 20 years. “My wife, Cindy, and I have loved raising our seven children together over the years, as well as recently becoming grandparents.”, says Floyd In his spare time, he enjoys studying and teaching the Bible, playing sports with his kids, and keeping up with his own home projects.
Logan Curry
Project Manager
Logan joined the All-In Team in 2021. Logan has a Finance degree from UCF coupled with years of experience working in the residential construction industry during his High School and College Years. Logan also spent part of his career coordinating commercial site development. Logan’s hands-on field experience and his knowledge of finance give him a comprehensive outlook on the projects he manages.
Logan thrives on diligent hard work and the accomplishment of being part of a great completed project. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, cooking, and hanging out with his dog Maui.

Daniel Swingle
Project Manager
When Dan joined the ALL-IN Team he brought with him decades of Construction Management expereince. Dan enjoys the process of seeing his projects from start to finish. He credits his longevity in the construction industry to the strong relationships he has formed along the way. When Dan isn’t working he enjoys relaxing on his porch and enjoying his home.
Penny Setser
Accountant and Administrator
Penny joined the All-In team in 2015 to tackle all of the bookkeeping and accounting functions. She has extensive experience in both accounting and administrative functions for a variety of industries and is eager to bring her talents to the construction world. Penny’s work ethic and get-it-right attitude let the All-In customers and partners know that she is there to help.
Penny spends her spare time with her husband, Larry, and their dog, Gus. She escapes to the beach as often as she can and cheers on the Georgia Bulldogs every fall.

Kinsey Lallathin
Marketing & Business Development
Kinsey joined the All-In team in 2018 to help give a more detailed focus to the company’s marketing strategy, community involvement initiatives, partnership, and relationship development. When joining the team, she brought with her over 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and digital advertising.
She enjoys showcasing the All-In brand and highlighting All-In services to everyone she meets. Kinsey is an Alumni of UCF and enjoys being an active citizen of the Central Florida community. In her free time, you will find her at the gym, enjoying local businesses and events, or volunteering for some of her favorite non-profits.

Isha Schultz
Project Coordinator
Isha joined the All-In team in 2019 to act as a liaison between our clients and Project Managers during the selection process of the renovation. Although new to the construction industry, Isha’s years of administrative and organizational experience, combined with her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, make her an asset to the team and our clients.
In her spare time, you will find Isha enjoying the outdoors and unique dining experiences.

GiGi McCumbee
Administrative Assistant
GiGi joined All-In Construction in January 2022 to act as the welcoming face at the front desk, direct calls and requests for estimates, and provide support to the administrative office. She brings valuable professionalism to the team, developed from many years in management of physician offices. In her role with All-In, she takes pride in providing positivity and exceptional customer service. Outside of the office GiGi enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family. You will often find her laughing and playing with her 2 grandchildren, while visiting with her daughter and son-in-law.
