Our lovely client Jessica purchased a 1950’s home from a family member using a FHA 203k Renovation Loan. The home had once belonged to her Grandfather and is located on a beautiful wooded property in Seminole County Florida. The 203k Renovation Loan made it possible for her to TRANSFORM this home.
Home from the 1950’s gets new life!
Jessica contacted All-In Construction Services to help bring her updated vision for the home to life. She knew All-In Construction had experience working on Renovation Loan projects and had a great roper with her mortgage lender. When it came to her renovation, she knew she wanted to keep some of the original unique design elements of the home. She loved that it already hosted an in-law suite above the garage, offered an inviting brick wall around the fireplace, and lots of windows.
So using the funds from the 203k loan, and with the knowledge of All-In, a Certified 203k Contractor, a full home renovation was completed at this charming home. Everything was addressed to make this home “new & improved” for the new owner. It all was covered…HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Framing, Painting, Floors, Cabinets, Windows, and more. All of these updates and repairs were made possible using a specialty financing, with a Renovation Loan. (Check out this blog, here, for more on the Renovation Loan Benefits)
The largest transformations are seen in the kitchen & bath remodeling. In the kitchen two walls were knocked out, opening the space up to a dinning area and family room. This provided a contemporary open-concept flow. In the bathroom the shower was relocated. An over-sized walk-in shower was created and a double vanity added, this elevated the appeal of the bathroom. But enough talking about it, check out the following video for some amazing before & after shots of this full home renovation!
